Easy recipes with just a few ingredients are like gold to us! And this one is no exception. Super easy, quick and delicious. I’m talking about chocolate chip pumpkin bread, I mean it’s the taste of Fall in every bite. Spicy, chocolatey with a pumpkin kick… YES PLEASE! And remember our first recipe, brown butter frosting?! Drizzle some of that over this sweet bread and you’ll have yourself an infused pairing for the gods.

This recipe is so forgiving that you can literally use any cake flavor, then just pick a wet ingredient to mix into it like pumpkin puree, apple sauce, pie filling or even soda. EASY! With that said this pumpkin version is our favorite, but we are kind of obsessed with all things Fall.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread:

¼ cup infused Coconut Oil (our coconut oil comes in 4 oz jars)

1 box spice cake mix

1 (14 oz) can of 100% pumpkin puree

1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grease or line a bread pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and coconut oil until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips (save a few for the top) and pour into your greased bread pan. Top with left over chocolate chips and bake for 50-60 minutes. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
